Standard stays
Moderate policy: cancel at least 5 days before check-in for a full refund of your nightly rate and cleaning fee. If you cancel less than 5 days before check-in, you are charged for any nights already spent plus one additional night, plus 50% of the remaining unspent nights; the cleaning fee is refunded if you have not checked in. In addition, if you booked at least 7 days before check-in, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Service fees are non-refundable.
Long stays (30+ nights)
For stays of 30 nights or more: free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in forfeit the first 30 nights. No refund for early checkout.
