This may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, property type, property condition, desired timeline, and any additional details you choose to share.
Rental Booking Information. When you book a stay at one of our rental properties directly through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the dates of your stay, the number of guests, whether you are bringing a pet, and any message you include with your booking.
Messages and Inquiries. When you contact us about a property or message us before, during, or after a stay, we collect the content of those messages along with your name, email address, and any phone number you provide. We keep these messages together as an ongoing conversation so we can answer your questions and assist you. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as financial account or government ID numbers) in your messages.
Payment Information. Payments for rental bookings are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout and are not collected, stored, or seen by Tier One Capital. We receive only limited confirmation data such as the payment status, the last four digits of the card, and a transaction identifier. When you book, your card is authorized but not charged until we confirm your reservation.
